I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples and adolescents. I work with a range of issues including:
Anxiety, depression, post-natal depression, birth trauma, suicidal and self harm thoughts, self critical thoughts, abuse, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), relationship difficulties, grief, loss and OCD.
I draw on many counselling styles (including CBT, Person-Centred Therapy & Compassion Focussed Therapy) to support clients through change. What is important for the work isn’t the style of therapy, it’s how a person move towards where they would like to be.
